Product update requirements
Current images need an approved baseline before their first managed update. Updating creates a full verified backup, briefly stops included services, then replaces only the selected product. Compatible rollback restores its previous application image, not database history.
Console update
Update this console from the source already installed on the server.
What changes during an update?
Only the console services are replaced. Applications, credentials, backups and schedules stay unchanged. The connection may briefly close; reconnect and review the operation before submitting anything again. Readiness failure restores the previous console.
Backups & restore
Create encrypted backups or verify a recovery point.
A full backup briefly stops included applications. A data restore replaces included data and keeps the system closed for access review.

Recovery steps
Verify and prepare an isolated copy first. Then authorize a closed restore from Operations. Every application and database stays stopped until account, permission and session review, new access grants and a separate reopening. Review interrupted operations before another request.
